काठमाडौँ २५ असार । लुम्बिनी विकास बैकको एकिकृत कारोबार आइतबारबाट सुरु भएको छ । काठमाडौं भिवोर सोसाइटी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक र लुम्बिनी फाइनान्स एण्ड लिजिङ एकआपसमा गाभिएपछि एकीकृत कारोबार सुरु भएको हो ।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका गभर्नर डा. चिरञ्जीवि नेपाललले लुम्बिनी विकास बैंकलाई एकीकृत कारोबारको इजाजत दिएपछि कारोबार सुरु भएको हो। दुई वित्तीय संस्था गाभिएर बनेको लुम्बिनी विकास बैंकको चुक्ता पूँजी दुई अर्ब ८८ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
न्यूनतम चुक्ता पूँजीको लागि ३६ करोड ३० लाख रुपैयाँ पूँजी समायोजन जगेडा कोषमा रहेको छ । मर्जपछि यस बैंकको निक्षेप १७ अर्ब रुपैयाँ र कर्जा १५ अर्ब ५८ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने देशभर ४९ वटा शाखा र १२ वटा एटिएम शाखा रहेका छन्।
